El ministro de Hacienda, Cristóbal Montoro, ha presentado hoy los presupuestos generales del Estado en un QR (ver noticia). En Itinerarium hace 4 años que comunicamos con QR’S. El primer periódico en tener uno fue el Sport, TV3 y el programa Hat-Trick Barça también fueron pioneros gracias a Itinerarium. Lexu’s, con el apoyo de la compañía dirigida por Narcís Vives, se convirtió en el primer grupo en hacer un videoclip en España con esta tecnología. La Plataforma Proseleccions Catalanes realizó el primer spot para televisión, también aprovechando los consejos de Itinerarium.

El 16 de desembre de 2008 Itinerarium posa el primer codi QR, com a nou canal de comunicació, al Diari Sport. El 29 de febrer del 2012, s’hi apunta El Periódico.

Pepsi’s promotional campaign with QR
The company PepsiCo has created a massive campaign to promote its soft drink Pepsi through QR codes in the UK. Aiming to promote its product it has prepared 400 million of Pepsi cans with QR codes printed on them, that allow prizes to those who read them.
Pepsi has made a great campaign involving the codes in which not only it can be obtained mobile games, screensavers, and so on. It also offers concert tickets. Led by the image of the model Kelly Brook, this campaign is clearly geared towards a young target, aware of the possibilities of new technologies.
McDonald’s Nutrition facts through QR codes
McDonald’s has conducted a nutritional information campaign with QR codes in Japan. With the aim of informing its consumers about the nutritional content of their products, has created a web site adapted for mobile devices. Within this space, which is available both in the traditional way and through QR codes, which are printed on the packaging of its products.
Besides the nutritional facts that are already printed on the packaging, through this service we can get extra information such as the recommended daily amount of nutrients that gives us or the allergens it may contain.
